  This is simply must be THE best garage in Scotland - and after 47 years of driving and owning 33 Jaguars,I`ve used a few!
  I last dealt with `Prestige` a few years ago, but a new Jag and a weird alarm noise took me straight back and the 5*+ service is still there!
  Despite a full workshop and forecourt,Douglas had me `sorted` in 24 hours - and that was only because he had to order the part!
  This business could be a model for others to emulate for customer service at the highest level - having spent my entire working life in the `service industry, I can assure you it is a rare experience!
  I was not surprised to find that the Land Rover venture had followed the success path forged by the original Jaguar business and two Land Rover Master Mechanics ensure, that like existing Jaguar clients, you will always use `PRESTIGE`
  Too good to be true?
  Go meet Douglas and Ian - it will be the last time you use any main franchise dealer.

  Having almost been killed by poor and botched repair work at franchised dealer, I took my car to Douglas' business in considerable despair and trepidation. After several days of examination Prestige were able to find (rapidly) the faulty component, source a replacement (took a day or so) and fit it expertly thus resolving a lethal problem in my car's exhaust system.
  
  I am indebted to Douglas and his team and thoroughly recommend them for their thorough going expertise, cheery good humour, and excellent coffee. Thank you for the work - really appreciate it.
